The Common Reporting Tool is a comprehensive software compatible with Windows-based PCs. It enables you to create reports from your Kaye Validator AVS or ValProbe RT qualification files and provides a convenient solution for documenting the results of your validation studies. With your Kaye console, you can generate qualification files and transfer them to your PC via the Sync-Out function over a network drive – an efficient step for automatic report generation conveniently in your office. The software also allows exporting reports to a network drive for seamless paperless integration. The current version 1.5 offers enhanced features to optimize your validation reports. It allows merging up to three Kaye Validator AVS or ValProbe RT studies into a single report and also enables combining Validator AVS files with ValProbe RT studies to improve the efficiency and consolidation of validation reports. Additionally, new reports for the validation of climate and heat chambers are available, compliant with AFNOR FD X15-140 and IEC 60068 standards for ValProbe RT. Furthermore, IEC and FD X reports can be generated for both AVS and ValProbe RT studies to ensure complete documentation of validation processes. It enables the creation of GMP-compliant reports from Kaye Validator AVS or Kaye ValProbe RT qualification study files for documenting the results of your validation studies. Qualification study files created on your Kaye validation console and stored on the console or a shared network drive can be transferred to the Common Reporting Tool for report generation. The ability to create reports offline on a separate PC offers additional flexibility and efficiency when using Kaye validation systems. All reports are created from secure, encrypted qualification data files that can only be read by the Common Reporting Tool software. The reports are saved as PDF files, ready for signature, and are organized under the corresponding asset for viewing and reprints. Any changes made to editing groups or calculations do not alter the raw data of the encrypted qualification files. The changes only affect the report and are shown in the detailed report. The Kaye Common Reporting Tool can be installed on any PC with Windows. For installation, the following is required: The Windows setting "Install apps from any source, including loose files" must be enabled. Detailed instructions for setting these parameters are included in the installation instructions. To run the application, the PC system must be set to English (US) in the regional settings and use the English (US) keyboard layout.
