The Common Reporting Tool is a comprehensive software compatible with Windows-based PCs. It enables you to create reports from your Kaye Validator AVS or ValProbe RT qualification files and provides a convenient solution for documenting the results of your validation studies. With your Kaye console, you can generate qualification files and transfer them to your PC via the Sync-Out function over a network drive – an efficient step for automatic report generation conveniently in your office. The software also allows exporting reports to a network drive for seamless paperless integration. The current version 1.5 offers enhanced features to optimize your validation reports. It allows merging up to three Kaye Validator AVS or ValProbe RT studies into a single report and also enables combining Validator AVS files with ValProbe RT studies to improve the efficiency and consolidation of validation reports. Additionally, new reports for the validation of climate and heat chambers are available, compliant with AFNOR FD X15-140 and IEC 60068 standards for ValProbe RT. Furthermore, IEC and FD X reports can be generated for both AVS and ValProbe RT studies to ensure complete documentation of validation processes. Another innovation is the extended plug-in report function, which allows the integration of individual report templates for customized reporting. A free 30-day trial version can be downloaded here.
