Das Gellhorn-Pessar MedGyn mit Ablauffunktion wird eingesetzt zur Linderung der Symptome bei Zystozele oder Rektozele sowie bei einem Uterusprolaps zweiten oder dritten Grades. Es bietet eine nicht-chirurgische, reversible Option zur Behandlung von Beckenorganprolapsen und kann in bestimmten Fällen bei Harninkontinenz eingesetzt werden.
