Produktbeschreibung
BOND Epitope Retrieval Solution 1 ist eine gebrauchsfertige, zitratbasierte Lösung pH 6, formuliert für das heat-induced epitope retrieval (HIER) von formalinfixiertem, paraffineingebettetem (FFPE) Gewebe auf BOND-Automaten. Die HIER-Vorbehandlung stellt Epitope wieder her, die durch Formalinfixierung verändert wurden, und verbessert so die Zugänglichkeit primärer Antikörper. Für den in vitro diagnostischen Gebrauch.
